I’ve order food from Swiggy. Money deducted from PhonePe. But the order not placed.
When I contacted Swiggy they say issue with the payment gateways. *nd time this is *** rupees deducted last time, no refund and no food.
This time *** rupees, no food and helpless customer support. Only thing they know is to ask the customer to wait.
Please stop this company from cheating us. We order food to have it, if they cheat us now and refund later, why this company should be there then??
