I was booking hotel for Goa, India on Agoda website, while booking the hotel, my payment was failed but money was deducted from my bank account. After checking with passbook, I realised money was sent to account name- retail domestic.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
