I was transferring Rs *** to internet connection guy in Bangalore on April ** ****, around **.** am and by mistake it transferred to other person or merchant Manjunatha BN. Right away I complained to Paytm customer support but they don't bother to seek out my problem. I complained * times and almost wasted for calling **-** Rs. My order id: ******** **********, transaction time is **.** am, ** April ****. I want the refund of my money. I hope you will help me with this. Thanks in advance.
