I made a transaction of **** rupees using my phonepe app on **nd jan **** at * pm having transaction ID P**********************. But he amount has not credited to receiver account immediately. So, my transaction went to pending status. As per phonepe norms, I have waited * days on **th jan after * pm I have registered a complain having complain token #********. Customer executive asked me to wait till the midnight of **th jan to have a positive responds. As per the executive instruction, I have waited till midnight, but nothing happend, neither the reciever got the amount nor the amount has been credited to my account back. So, I called customer executive again on **th jan at *.** am and now the customer executive informed me that I have to wait another * days, they will respond me on *nd feb. This disturbed me a lot. I need a proper inquiry on this issue. Please look into this matter.
