Hi Team,
I have ordered a *.* ton AC from FLipkart of Brand MarQ by flipkart and it was delivered on *th July ****.
I was assured of AC Installation by *th July **** by Flipkart Executives over Phone call and Text Messages.
from last one week i have been following up regarding the AC Installation but none of the Flipkart Executives is entertaining the request of mine.
Now i want to return the AC as it has been already * days waiting for the AC Instalation but nothing has been done still they are forcing me to install the AC.
I don t want to have the installation Done.
I want the refund of the AC Cost and the mental harrasement done.
All the necessary evidences and screenshot has been attached.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
