Aniket Sabale filed complaint against PayTM on Nov 3, 2017
I placed an order for clothing item from paytm app and paid online the full amount..after i realised that i am out of budget and i needed to pay my exam fees i cancelled the order and i got the refund immediately but in my wallet.. since i needed to pay my exam fees i transferred that amount to bank account. Money got deducted from paytm wallet and not reflected till now in bank account.. contacted bank they said there is no such amount processed yet..
Tried to reach paytm but their helpline no. Wgich is IVR didnt connected me to customer executive saying the trasansaction id i entered is wrong..my due date for exam form filling gone and i wasted my i year.
Till date no amount recieved neither customer care attends me and keep ignoring me.
I demand compensation for loss of my * year and mental harrasment caused
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
