I did a booking with yatra.com which was showing as a refundable booking. But when the booking got completed I realised I made a mistake while booking and wanted to cancel it. It then showed as full money will be deducted as cancellation charges. I tried contacting yatra through multiple mediums but there is no response. None of their customer numbers are reachable
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
