MOHAMMED RAFIQUE filed complaint against PayTM on Aug 2, 2019
On **/**/**** at *:** pm, when I was paying the electricity bill of avvnl then the transaction has been failed but paytm has deducted of *****/- from my debit card. I have talked many time from paytm customer care but still did not give any responsive reply and not give my refund. So please help me to regard this.
