On the **nd jan we had booked bus tickets through makemytrip from kanyakumari to bangalore for the **th jan.after debiting the account I was directed to a page saying the booking got cancelled and that money would be refunded soon. We immediately booked another set of tickets from The bus station .However it seems the tickets never got cancelled and they had sent the details to my email which I did not get to open on that day cos of network problem. They did not call me once to inform about this nor did they send me an sms. When we kept calling them and sending them complaints they kept saying the issue would be resolved in ** hours.from **hrs it went up to ** hours. And so on.now it's almost two months and they are yet to refund the money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
