I returned my order to Ajio. The delivery guy picked it up, and I have been waiting for my refund ever since.
The app says, it has been initiated and should reach me in *-** days. Its been ** days now and I still haven't received my return.
I called customer care multiple times, they said I sent the wrong product back. Which is total bullshit!!!! And then they said the money will be returned to me in * days.
So now I am calling back after * days and they are disconnecting my call, and some even said that my connection is bad and hung up on me. THE AUDACITY.
If this doesn't; get resolved, then I am going to file an official complaint against Ajio for fraud and cheating.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
