Harsh Rajput filed complaint against Paytm on Oct 4, 2021
I have to paid ₹*** rupees in a shop. I scan the QR code from paytm and because of slow connection it show pending and after a sec I again scan the code and now amount of ₹*** successfully given to shopkeeper . But When I see my Bank balance it was debited ₹*** and transaction was show ₹*** and ₹*** .. I opens paytm and there is showing that first ₹*** amount failed ( it was showing before pending) and second ₹*** was successful . I reported to them but they are not doing anything and when I call them then tehy said that all call receiver are busy now . Help me to refund my amount.
