Actually i booked a room in hotel neelam palace paharganj and i am really disappointed check in time is ** afternoon i reached there at * pm they said you have to wait the room is not cleaned i said i cant wait they shifted me to another room which was also not clean washroom was dirty room was dirty and later on i found the water coming from the tap was yellowish in colour and mudddy i called the reception they said yes mam its because of the new boring of water but they have to tell me at the time of check in they took the payment and didnt tell about the issue even i faced a lot of problem like i cant even wash my hands with that water.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
