Flipkart - Money not refunded

I placed order on **th April for products worth INR***. and the money got deducted but the order was not placed.
Later the customer care asked me to wait for * business days. I called them after * days but they asked me to wait for * business days. After which when I called them the third time they said , the money is not processed to them, contact bank.
Upon contacting the bank, the bank replied that the money have been successfully cleared from their end to flipkart's account. Flipkart is not reluctant to refund my amount.
