This is regarding booking of * flight tickets of AirAsia from Kolkata to Baghdogra (Siliguri) through Goibibi as well as Makemytrip.
My parents initially got there tickets booked from Goibibi for an amount of Rs. *,***. Soon after which, on the same day, my sister and I, got the same flight tickets booked for us through Makemytrip for an amount of Rs. ****. The flight was operational on April **, ****. A day before, on April **, we were informed that due to operational reasons our flight was cancelled by the airline and we were assured with full refund of all the * tickets. After a long wait for a month, a refund of Rs. **** was processed through Goibibo and the remaining amount of Rs. *,*** was not received. On the other hand, the refund of Rs. *,*** has not yet been processed through Makemytrip. I would also like to add that my every attempt to contact the airline or the booking partners Goibibi and Makemytrip went to vain. It took me off guard to see such a reputed airline having such poor service policy. I urge, you to promptly review my request for assisting me receive my remaining refund amount of Rs. **,***(Rs. **** + Rs. *,***)
