Yatra - Money not refunded for Cancelled Flight

I booked an air india flight scheduled for *th June, ****, on ** May'** , with Booking Ref No. ************* , and PNR JLRTT. But even after deducting the money, my travel status showed unconfirmed, and I did not receive any ticket. So I tried to cancel or reschedule from my bookings at their portal but kept getting same error - you cannot cancel or reshedule the flight as ticket has not been generated. On confirming with airlines, I get to know Flight is cancelled, and for refund I have to speak with Yatra.

However, no response from Yatra. They have removed the custom service number for flight booking, and the chat option is only for chatting with a bot. No real person is there to respond my query, and they did not bother give any response to my email, or even they dont revert back in Facebook and Twitter.
This is the second time in a week my money got struct with travel agents, and I cannot keep investing my hard earned money to book again, without knowing if the flight will get cancelled or not.

I need to have the refund processed immediately , so that I can reliable do a fresh booking, as it is very urgent for me to reach home.
