I booked a flight ticket on * Jan **** in go Air flight having pnr no PBU*GA, but due to some weather condition flight ticket was cancelled by air line after that go air flight initiated my refund and send me a confirmation mail but it not shown my credit card. During my ticket booking I used the make my trip portal. Make my trip not refunding my money they creating alot of drama refunding my hard earn money please help out me this chaos
