I had booked * train tickets from yatra website and on the same day it got cancelled by their side. I received a mail stating that the tickets were canceled and they will initiate refund to my account.
But since then there is no refund as well as there is no one to answer the calls or reply to messages.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
