I had purchased an AC from flipkart and due to some reasons had to cancel but flipkart has still not refunded the money.
Summary Below-
April **-Order Placed
April-**-Tried to cancel the order but wasn't able to to cancel .Called customer care and informed but was told I have to reject the order.
April **-Delivery guy called and rejected the order.
Since then no updates in app as well as support.(Attached screen)
Since last * days trying to speak with care/twitter handle but no help.
Everyone is coming up with useless excuses with no generic response.Nobody is aware what's the status.nothing has been updated in app and around **k of mine is stuck with flipkart which flipkart is not refunding.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
