Actually I booked * tickets from Hyderabad kachiguda to Kadapa junction on dec ** **** to travel on the date of dec ** **** , I saw that the app assured that the tickets will be confirmed with the chance of **% . And when the travelling day came the tickets didn't confirmed and got waitlisted , and showing RAC but they didn't allotted me berth or didn't give me seat no.s of RAC the app keep on showing me the ticket got waitlisted and without allotment of seats we didn't able to enter the train , finally the train gone away after that I didn't have enough money to take a bus , I gave the money to my sister what I have with me to buy a bus ticket for her and go on bus, the money was enough for a single ticket and she booked and went away , and me I have a bike and but no petrol on it and borrowed some money from my friend for petrol and I travelled the whole night in spine chilling cold whether conditions for hundreds of kilometres from Hyderabad to kadapa Andhra Pradesh, that was the worst driving experience in my whole life , with seviour back pain and running eyes , it takes me * days to recover. After * days I contacted customer care and they saying we cannot refund your money...
They didn't even allotted me a single berth or seat no . or coach no. How can I enter into the train like a tress passer , the app is still showing your ticket is waitlisted whenever I open the app after * days also it was showing like that only.
I just want my money back the price of my tickets I have booked. Please help me...
