Upendra Sengar filed complaint against Airtel on May 1, 2020
Through Airtel website I had requested for new broadband connection on **/*/**** and for that through internet banking I paid RS ****.** to Airtel with transaction id ********* on **/*/****.
But later I got SMS "Dear Customer Your airtel product payment txn id :********* of Rs : ****.** processed failed.Please keep the txn id for future reference." money is debited from my bank account and still it is not returned back to my account.
Requesting you to look into it and do the needful to return my money as soon as possible.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
