Swiggy - Money is not getting refunded as my child accidently cancelled the order but the time frame between

Hello swiggy,

I have ordered the food and accidentally my son has cancelled the order but if you see the time I have ordered and it got cancelled ,it's not more than a *.* minute.

Kindly see the screenshot for your reference and I would request you to please pay me back and I am ready to re order the food.

The support professional has told me to connect with you guys and if you need I can provide the chat snapshot also.

I am raising this complaint to voxya and adding your CEO email id also.
For a ** seconds delay , I cannot compromise on my *** rupees.
I am informing you guys , I am ready to re-order, my child by mistake has cancelled the order, no adults will do this mistake when it gives a warning that the money will not be refunded.
