I have sent **** to my friend from my paytm wallet. But my friend has not received it and it says success from my end.
When my friend contacted the customer care they told they will refund the money back to me.
When I tried calling them they told it cannot be transferred stating transaction is success even though my friend has not yet received.
I felt I have cheated.
I am attaching screenshot where the mail I got from paytm.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
