I opened an account with talkcharge as they were offering good cashback on the electricity bill. I deposited Rs. **** to make payment, but every time i pay the bill the amount it gets deducted but transaction always get failed and after *-* days it gets deposited when I try to get it transfer in my respective bank account for which they never show such option. i want my hard earned money back. I have done multiple payments like landline or internet connection bill but they always show the transaction gets failed.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
