I booked a hotel in Singapore using Agoda, my money got deducted but there is no confirmation about the booking. It's been more than **hrs now, still no confirmation. I tried reaching out to customer care thru mail, Instagram and twitter, but no reply yet.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
