Paytm - Money gone from Paytm account

I received a sms stating today (**st Mar, ****) is the last day to update KYC and from tomorrow the account will get deactivated. I have been getting this message for long but not acted, realizing its last day of Financial Year I gave it a try and called the number **********. Lady on other side started to guide and through an App called Quick Support accessed my phone. Lady insisted that I make a small transaction of Rs ** through existing card registered in Paytm. As i was about to make the Rs ** payment with my Bank OTP i received a message which stated that Rs ***** transition is being processed, when i asked the lady she said they are upgrading my Paytm limit. I told her I don't want that. Meanwhile another message popped up with new OTP and this time amount being transacted was INR ****. I immediately cut the line and called my Bank. Bank mentioned that a transaction was under way but declined as enough funds were not there. Got my card blocked with Bank. Meanwhile * transaction on Paytm happened immediately while I was speaking to my Bank, for Rs *** and Rs *** to recharge same prepaid Jio mobile no **********. I had Rs **** balance in my Paytm and same was exhausted in seconds. I tried my best to reach Paytm folks over the call but IVR was not helpful. Paytm kept sending me a link to change my pass-code, which i was not able to do either. please help to catch this fraudster. Amount is less but something big can happen with anyone. Lady even gave her id number as random * digit number.
