I recharged my phone recently and paid through UPI option. Not one time any charge is mentioned and I receive a cashback of * rupees. When I check my passbook & rupee are credited but my balance shows that * rupees are deducted. What is the scan I don't get any thing but amount is deducted from my account to use the app. why am I not notified about the charge or passbook is mentioned this charge any where only it comes to light when I compare my passbooks remaining amount.
