On **th April ****, I transferred **** Rs. from my wallet to BB daily. Immediately I got a failed transaction message from the merchant denoting that the merchant did not get the money. Despite several calls, messages and email paytm has failed to respond. I am not able to attach the mail.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
