Pourush Gupta filed complaint against Agoda on Mar 30, 2021
I was trying to make an reservation from agoda but unfortunately the amount got deducted from my bank account and i did not receive any confirmation from agoda.
I thought there might be some network congestion on my end so I again tried making the payment and this time the amount got deducted and i landed to an error page saying "something went wrong" and again the same amount got deducted.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
