Paytm - Money deducted from my account with wrong reason

On **th of August **** I got transect ion of rupees *** in my account but amount is not credit to my account instead of its shown the amount will be going to settled within ** hours I waited but instead of rupees *** I only received rupees *** only half of the amount I got for that I had called customer care service on **th of August **** I had explained my query they said the money is deducted because of sound box charges I had deactivated my sound box in the last year ie. On **** after that they told me to wait for ** to ** hours the amount will be going to back to you I waited for * days but the amount is not credit to my account so I called them again on **th August **** again I told them my issue they again told me to wait for ** to ** hours still my amount is not credited to me I am fed up with this waiting for so many days they just wasting my time by putting me on hold again and again please help me for this issue I am having there call recording in my phone as a avidence.
