Pramit Sur filed complaint against Tata Cliq on Jun 8, 2020
I ordered a set of ** masks from Tata Cliq. I made the payment. The bank is saying the amount has been deducted.
Tata Cliq has cancelled the order and is asking me to retry the payment.
I have contacted the bank, the UPI app through which I made the payment. They are all saying that the payment has been made.
Tata Cliq is doing a fraud here.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
