Archana Raghuprasad filed complaint against PayTM on Nov 25, 2017
For four failed attempts of prepaid recharge as on **th October ****, worth Rs ** thrice and Rs ** once, money was deducted from the debit card and i recieved notification that the money was refunded to my Paytm wallet, which showed no increase in the balance, meaning no refund was made inspite of the notification being sent.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
