Paytm deducted Rs *** from my account for toll charges without even informing me.
Reference Number *********.
I paased my car from the toll and now they deduct money for truck. That also after * month.
And they are saying they asked for evidence on ** march *.**pm. and when i did not give evidence then they deducted.
But they deducted amount on same date ** march at * pm.. which means even before asking for evidence.
Is their customer care on some kind of drugs??
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
