I had taken Ola ride on **/*/** from airoli to Borivali. After completing ride the driver asked for money and showed in his mobile that Ola message saying collect cash (****rs)from rider. In my account it was showing money deducted from ola money. I complaint but now they are not giving invoice for my ride. Second issue I paid *** rs twice but they are not returning.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
