I booked a cab via Yatra.com and paid an advance for it. Once paid, I was shown "Awaiting confirmation" and now there is no sign of booking and I received no proof of payment. Furthermore, there email is only sending automated responses and there is no way to contact customer care.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
