Agoda app - Money deducted but hotel booking not confirmed

I was making a payment on Agoda app for a hotel room. After i entered the otp, the money was deducted but the app showed an error so no booking was confirmed. I tried to book the same room again immediately and the money was deducted again but again no booking was confirmed as the app showed the same error again. I neither got a booking number nor a confirmation ID.
Twice the transaction was successful but the room was not booked both of the times.
