I had made a hotel booking on **th of March, **** that cost me Rs ****. The transaction was successful but I did not receive the transaction ID. On calling the customer care number they inform me that the money will be auto refunded and will reflect in my account within **-** hours. Since then I have not even been able to contact the customer care number. As soon as I enter the phone number I have done the booking then they say that are facing high call volumes and ask to use the self-service support which is useless. I have the UPI reference number and the statement confirming that the amount was deducted from the bank by GoIbibo. They do not even respond to my emails.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
