I tried booking a hotel for * nights in Ooty using Agoda application but my booking was cancelled due to payment failure and my money was deducted. I contacted Agoda customer care they said they didn’t charged me and they don’t have any information. In my bank statement it’s displaying Payed to Paytm it’s not showing Agoda. It’s Agoda’s responsibility my money was deducted while booking from their application. They should refund my money. I searched on Google and I found so many cases like mine.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
