I searched for a hotel compatible for pets via filter and showed in Varanasi and it suggested Hotel Heritage Inn. While I was placing my booking, it gave me an option for to 'pay later' or 'pay now'. I selected for 'pay later'. It then asked for my card details. I gave it just in case. Then I received a booking confirmation immediately for a booking of later date. My payment got deduced. I, then, enquired hotel about pet stay to which they denied along with any refund. I couldn't reach site regarding this problem too. I lost Rs.**k.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
