"Retail domestic - PT.
Paid for a hotel booking in Goa through the trip advisor website. No booking confirmation was received. Also hotel person confirmed that there was no confirmation from Agoda.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
