I was trying to order in ajio app which cost around rupees **** and i paid through mobiwik wallet my money got debited from my account and my order didn’t placed successfully so I called customer care and informed them on first day they said to wait for *days for the refund and then i have reached them more than ** times but my issue didn’t resolved and my money didn’t credited to my bank account more than one month gone still no action taken from ajio
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
