My transaction was failed at the time of Payment and i have screenshots for proof and after some time money has been debited.
I don’t know the merchant coz i have purchased snacks while travelling from the street and i tried to pay from paytm but at the time was payment transaction was failed so i had choose other upi option from phone pe.
But after some time i have checked two time money debited and this is fault from paytm side.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
