Mohit Modi filed complaint against PayTM on May 23, 2017
I had paytm wallet with paytm.com in which I had Rs.*,***.** . Today while I was booking a ticket through irctc app and choosing paytm as payment option it showed my mobile number is not registered. I tried contacting them through their customer care number but it was of no use. I signed up again using the same email id and same mobile number. And after that it showed zero balance in my wallet and also it showed that I have never done any transaction with them nor I have ever placed a order. I contacted them through email and facebook. To my surprise they blocked me from their facebook page and then deleted my comments and post. They have clearly cheated me and stole my money. I even had a email conservation with them two days ago, how can they say I'm not a registered customer and that I never did any transaction.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
