I had booked my jio airfiber connection on **th april (screen shot attached). The lead was assigned to service engineer from Botad area and was informed that installation will take **-** days. I am currently in Gadhada area, so I contacted the local service engineer if he could speed up the installation. He asked me to pay another Rs. ****/- for reason that is best known to him, (screenshot attached) and said that he would refund the same once the installation is done.
Till date the money has not been refunded to me. Upon repeated request, I am being given different reasons for delay.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
