my phone ASUS ROG * was picked up on ** april with claim ID (CLCMM***********) and was promised to be get delivered within ** days , they just have costumer care where I can not talk to their seniors and my time has been wasted since then and too in their T&C its written that there is no processing fee for underwarranty products but they charged **** and after which now they have cancelled the claim and again started a new claim and again continuously asking same questions about the phone i m irritated with their service . i really need help they dont have a office too near noida where i can go .
i m helpless in this situation.
