On **rd January **** I did recharge for My airtel no.
Payment did through Amazon Pay. The total amount of *** RS. was deduced from my account but i did not receive any service from airtel.
I called both amezon and airtel customer care for my issue. Amazon customer care said that the payment was successful at their end. And airtel said that they haven't received money to recharge.
Then I registered my complain on same day on **rd January to amazon pay. They ask for ** working Hrs to process. On **th January I am getting confusing mail from amazon.Some time they say that i will get refund and some time they say that i will get service from airtel. But unfortunately nothing happened.
Amazon also tried to manipulate me by saying legal complain is placed in airtel. But after calling to airtel they said that no such complain is registered.
Amazon customer care is keeps on making false statement to me about my payment issue.
All mails received from amazon are with me.

Please help me against amazon fraud service
