I bought motorola edge** pro in Flipkart at the same time I took complete mobile protection plan in Jeeves by paying ****.in January my screen is damaged and I want to use my protection plan I registered a claim on Jan **.and paid payment of **** and they said that person will arrive and pickup your phone but no one came if I calling me there are saying that claim has been cancelled due to technical error for every * business days I used to call them till now there is no proper response there are saying claim has been cancelled.there are saying wait for * business days and there is no proper response at all.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
