I purchased the mobile protection plan from flipkart,
I raised the claim on *rd june, and also paid claim initiation fees. My mobile was picked up and I received a mail from jeeves that they recived mobile on **th June ****.
According to terms and conditions of the insurance, The mobile is to be repaired and delivered within ** days of pickup. Its almost a month, I have not got my mobile back. I called Jeeves customer care many times and every time they ask me to wait * days,* days,* days and so on. Everytime they save mobile is repaired it will be delivered to you soon. But Its not delivered yet. On telling them that please repair and provide me my mobile orelse I'll be forced to go to consumer forum They said "Fine go to consumer forum". (I have a recorded call as well).

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
