I have mailed my complaint to realme India customer support but they don't respond.
Dear Customer Support Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience I had with your staff regarding the repair of my Realme * mobile phone.
On September **, ****, I purchased my Realme * mobile phone, its IMEI number is *************** which is still under its guarantee period. Unfortunately, the device automatically encountered a problem and required repairs. Upon visiting your service center, I was shocked to witness a lack of professionalism from your staff.
Firstly, without properly consulting me or discussing the issue at hand, they prepared a job sheet for my device. This was done without taking into consideration my concerns or explaining the cause of the problem. As a loyal customer, I expected better communication and involvement in this process.
Furthermore, when I approached your staff for more information and assistance, they displayed a complete lack of cooperation and even engaged in disrespectful behavior towards me. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and goes against any standards of customer service.
I have always valued your brand as reliable and customer-centric; however, this recent incident has left me deeply disappointed. As a loyal customer who has placed trust in your products and services, I expect prompt action to rectify this situation. After all this I bought a new realme ** pro plus *** gb varient.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate steps to address both the repair issue with my Realme * mobile phone and the unprofessional behavior displayed by your staff. It is essential that you uphold the values that have made your brand successful thus far.
I look forward to receiving a prompt response from you regarding this matter. Please ensure that necessary actions are taken to resolve these issues at the earliest convenience.
Please provide me with a clear timeline for when my device will be repaired or replaced. Furthermore, I would appreciate an explanation regarding the lapses in customer service that I have experienced thus far.
Failure to address this matter satisfactorily may result in further escalation or seeking assistance from consumer protection agencies.
I trust that you will take immediate action to rectify this situation and restore my faith in your company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
