I bought Samsung galaxy f** *g mobile Rs.**** from flipkart on **.**.**** and I add complete mobile protection plan for RS.***.my mobile display accidentally broken on **.jan.**** I file a complaint in jeeves consumer private ltd ..they told they send link pay Rs *** for that mobile repair..I pay *** they told In ** business day we ll pickup and repair mobile..I sent lot of mails calls no one response..
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
