Vodafone India - Mobile bill exceeded credit limit

This is in regard to my Vodafone connection that I have been using for ten years now. ISSUE: I was nowhere explicitly informed that bill can exceed the credit limit, it's not in the app and neither the call centre executive informed the same. Upon discussions with various Vodafone associates, shared with me details T&Cs, such things should be explicitly informed to the consumer.
I have raised the complaint in consumer forum and Centralized Public Grievance and have also paid all my dues except the bill of December **** as I am disputing this bill. Request help in this matter as I have not been provided information in a way that could have prevented me to get exposed to this outrageous amount. Being with Vodafone for years, I feel cheated and call centre associates have agreed on recorded lines that my concern is genuine. After every few days, my services are being barred and Vodafone has not yet reviewed my call record with the executive who concealed this information upon my clarification.
